Town Series Paperwork

Please fill out the following forms and either email them to sunvalleytownseries@gmail.com or bring them to the Warm Springs Lodge. All team members must fill out a Release Form before their team is entered into the start list. 

Teams will race in the order they sign up.  

Want to donate a prize for the Sun Valley Town Series? Just fill out the following form and either email it to sunvalleytownseries@gmail.com or bring it to the Warm Springs Lodge with the prize(s) you wish to donate and you will be recognized on this webpage. Thank You!
